Notion is a home monitoring system, powered by an all-in-one smart home sensor that sends alerts to a homeowner’s smartphone for the things they care about most — water leaks, sounding alarms, temperature changes and doors, and windows opening and closing.

The system is managed through the Notion app downloaded on a user’s smartphone (iOS or Android). You set up your Notion Sensors to monitor tasks, such as detecting water leaks, opening doors and windows, sounding alarms and freezing pipes.

The Notion Bridge connects to your Wi-Fi to relay information from each Notion Sensor to your smartphone. When an activity happens to a Notion Sensor (e.g., door opens, water leak is detected), you will receive a push notification on your smartphone alerting you of the activity. Learn more here.

Notion is installed using the app’s step-by-step guide. Sensors are secured on surfaces using the peel-and-stick adhesive located on the back of the sensor. This adhesive is designed to stick firmly to a wide variety of surfaces including wood, metal, glass, plaster, and drywall (so do not install before the app tells you).
