Honey
The Honey Insurance Smart Home Program provides eligible policyholders the option to receive a smart home sensor kit that can detect and alert you to common household risks when correctly installed, activated and maintained in an operational state. If you agree to add the Smart Home Program to your policy, this will be set out in the Certificate of Insurance. You will not be able to opt in or out of the Smart Home Program during the period of insurance. If the Smart Home Program applies to your policy, you will be entitled to a premium discount of up to 8% provided you install and keep the smart home sensor kit operational for the period of insurance after installation. If the Smart Home Program applies to your policy, the amount of the Smart Home Program discount will be set out on your Certificate of Insurance. The smart home sensor kit will be provided to you and delivered to your insured at no additional cost, following policy activation. You must install and activate the smart home sensors no more than 28 days after you receive it. If the smart home sensor kit is detected to be offline 28 days after receiving your sensors, your discount will be removed and for customers on annual payments this means you will incur an additional payment. At no point will you need to repay any discount received during the active period. Honey Insurance will notify you by email or SMS on a regular basis if Sensors are detected to be offline. But if you reactivate your sensors, the discount will be reapplied. You will not need to repay any discount if the smart home sensor kit is not operational because it is defective and you notify Honey Insurance within 7 days after identifying the defect. Indiana Farm Bureau
To be eligible to participate in the Indiana Farm Bureau Program you must (i) be a current policyholder of UNITED FARM FAMILY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY or one of its affiliates (collectively, “Company”) in good standing, (ii) meet the Program eligibility criteria established by Company and provided to you, and (iii) be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state of residence. During the Program, Notion will make available Notion starter kits consisting of 1 Notion bridge + 5 Notion sensors + 2 magnet accessories, which will be shipped by Notion’s fulfillment center directly to your mailing address on record with Company (each, a “Starter Kit”). The Starter Kits are available on a first come, first serve basis, and are limited to one Starter Kit per household. Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a premium discount on the homeowners insurance policy associated with the eligible participant in the Program. You agree to install the Starter Kit within your property that is insured by Company, and in accordance with Notion’s standard installation instructions. You are responsible for providing the internet connection necessary for the Starter Kit to operate and for all other costs associated with your use of the Starter Kit (such as utilities, mobile data charges, and electric costs). Nationwide
To be eligible to participate in the Nationwide Mutual Insurance Program you must (i) be an eligible current home insurance policyholder (Homeowners, Condo, or Renters) of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company or one of its affiliates (collectively, “Nationwide” or "Company") in good standing, (ii) have received a promotional offer directly from Nationwide, containing a description of, and hyperlink or promotional code to enroll in, the Program (“Promotional Offer”), and (iii) be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state of residence. During the Program, Notion will make available its products described in the Promotional Offer (each such product, a “Starter Kit”), subject to the redemption process described in the Promotional Offer. The Starter Kits are available on a first come, first serve basis and are limited to one Starter Kit per household.
